I'm having a wonderful time with Mindy Lacefield's watercolor class and turned some of the watercolor faces into paperdolls. I made some larger and some minis.
The faces are painted with watercolors and the dresses, wings and legs are printed paper.
I'm thinking of making them into sticker sheets and maybe selling them. Let me know if you might be interested in them.
I made one test sheet of stickers for myself.
I love using stickers in my monthly planner and they would be fun to use on tags or cards too.
My daughter, Rachel, recently opened a sticker stop in Etsy and she's having so much fun designing and selling stickers. Check out her
site
And then I just wanted to share a few of my other water colors pieces I made in Mindy's class.

Cute Connie, love all the little colorful outfits on your paper dolls. You've incorporated nicely all the different techniques that you've learned. Love the little girl surrounded by flowers and your Frida Kahlo watercolor came
ReplyDeleteout great, love the flowers you did on her hair...the black script flower
is perfect in the foreground. The paper doll girls are adorable on your
calendar. I think you need to market those for daily planners, etc.
The paper dolls are so adorable! I love how you made them as stickers - great idea!
