Plastic Shoe Makeover

If you've been following my blog, you know that it's my routine to stop by East Bay Depot for Creative Reuse every week.  This week, my haul included a package of clear plastic shoes, used as wedding favors. I had no idea what to do with it when I bought it, but for .50 I couldn't pass it up.
So, tonight I decided to paint it, stuff it and transform it into a pin cushion.

Tommorrow, is my second workshop on molding and casting. I'm looking forward to creating with some new artists and old friends! Since it's going to be a rainy day here, it'll be perfect for staying indoors and creating art.
